Mission Possible

There are times in life that you attend an event, a talk, a something, and it impacts you to the point that it changes the entire trajectory of your life. This is true of Dads Boot Camp for me. In September of 2012, I attended my first Dads Boot Camp. I was blown away by the authenticity, community, and challenge to be a Godly husband and father. In fact, I would go as far to say that the content and nuggets I have received from Dads Boot Camp has made an indelible imprint on my role as a husband and father second only to my time reading and learning God’s Word. I made it a point to attend every year I was here because it sharpened me as the shepherd of my home.
Men (and ladies who are reading this- tell your husbands), I want to invite you to join me at Dads Boot Camp this Saturday, Septembner 7, from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. in the Grammar Hall Conference Room. We will have coffee and Chick-fil-A chicken biscuits for breakfast beginning at 7:30 a.m. This event is centered on the gospel and couched in community. Our objective is for you to walk away with at least one relationship to lean in on and walk beside you as a husband and father. You will hear from various panelists and senior students. For those of you who have come, talk it up, grab a friend, and join us. I look forward to seeing you there!
