Families Helping Families 2020

Our greatest priority is to protect and maintain our community by doing everything we can to create a path for all who have enrolled to return next year. This will primarily involve raising additional funds to be made available for tuition assistance, as we are anticipating a greater than normal need in the fall for both current and new families. We are grateful for the generosity of our families to support and sustain our community. Thank you for your commitment to Regents and for the hope you'll provide to families facing unexpected hardship.

If you are interested in helping with this effort, please email or call Kirk Avery, Director of Advancement at (512) 689-2802 or kavery@regentsaustin.org
"Our family faced some financial challenges in 2008. My husband was forced to change his job that cut our income down by 2/3 so I started a home business and went back to work. We tried to sell our home, but it didn't sell so we stayed put. Some days I didn't know how I was going to get dinner on the table! But we made it through with creativity, hard work and support from church and Regents. Regents helped us figure out a way to make tuition doable. We look back on those lean years with deep gratitude for others who gave so that our family could finish strong the call the Lord had given us. Keep the girls at Regents. Ps.133:1 Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity." -Alumni Mom

"Philippians 1:3-4 “I thank my God in all my remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine for you all making my prayer with joy.” By December 2008, I felt fortunate to still have a job but had to take a pay cut. I took another cut in 2010. I felt blessed to have work, but less income made it very difficult with children at Regents. Because of the graciousness of Regents and the tuition assistance program, we were able to keep all our kids at Regents during those hard years. I am forever grateful for what Regents did for my family." -Alumni Dad
