The Problem of Evil and Suffering: The strongest objection against the truth of Christianity is the problem of evil and suffering. Why do bad things happen to good people? How could a good God allow suffering? We'll take a close and logical look at this objection and I'll uncover the flaws in it.

Regents Mens Lunch
El Mesón Tequileria, 2038 S Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78704, USA
What if…a major university had scholars committed to exploring the ideas that sustain a free society and enable individuals to flourish? What if they actually valued independent thought, free speech, and intellectual curiosity? What if…this was happening at University of Texas, led by a Regents parent?
We wrap up our series with Justin Dyer - Regents parent, founding director of the Civitas Institute, and inaugural Dean of the UT Austin’s School of Civic Leadership.
Come and meet Justin, hear what it is like to be a Christ follower in the pinnacle of higher education, learn about the Civitas Institute and why it is important, and get an insider view of the spiritual / social climate of UT.
Regents Men’s Lunch started the year with a glimpse into the lives of Regents Seniors, we received leadership instruction from Leif Babin, and engaged in a fascinating discussion about culture and film with Jeremy Latcham. Justin Dyer will be a powerful ending to a significant year.
