  • Parent Book Discussion: The Worry-Free Parent

    Every parent worries, but what happens when your worries turn into persistent anxiety? If you’re curious about learning more about how your own anxiety may be impacting your parenting, and what you can do about it, join our book discussion! We will be meeting over the course of three dates and on each date we will be discussing a section of the book. The first session will cover the first section of the book: Understanding the Past. The second session will cover the section section of the book: Help for the Present.  The third and final session will review the third section of the book: Hope for the Future. You are welcome to join the discussion even if you have not had a chance to read the book but are interested in the material. The discussion will be facilitated by Aga Crump, Regents mom, and licensed professional counselor. 

      Join other Regents parents to discuss The Worry Free Parent  by Sissy Goff. The book is divided into three sections so will meet three times, each time covering one of the sections.

    September 24 | Section One: Understanding the Past
    October 22 | Section Two: Help for the Present
    November 19 | Section Three: Hope for the Future.
