    Ulrike is originally from Germany but lived most of her adult life in London/ England (17 years) where she worked in Finance. She met her (Texan!) husband Randall there, got married there and had her three kids (15,13, 11) there before moving to Austin seven years ago. All three of her kids have been attending Regents since that time. After subbing at Regents for several years, Ulrike joined the Kinder Enrichment Team last year. In her free time Ulrike enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, reading, hiking, and mountain biking.

    Sandra has been a member of the Regents community for 20 years.  She has worked as the Assistant to the Rhetoric Head since 2013 and is a parent of 3 Regents Alumni.  She and her husband Peter have 3 sons who have graduated.  William in 2010, Matthew in 2013 and Andrew in 2018.  Sandra enjoys walking, hiking and boating in the Texas hill country.  She attends Austin Ridge Bible church and serves in the children's ministry with check-in.  Prior to working at Regents, she was a long time insurance underwriter in the professional liability field.

    Alyce was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She has a degree in Elementary Education from Texas Christian University. She taught elementary school for several years in Fort Worth Public Schools. After staying home for a number of years to raise her children, Alyce returned to teaching in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She taught at Regent Preparatory School (Classical Christian School) and at Metro Christian Academy. Since moving to Austin in 2019, Alyce has been a full-time substitute teacher in Lake Travis Public Schools. Alyce and her husband Todd have been married for 37 years and have three grown sons and a daughter-in-law. Alyce is also a Texas Master Naturalist and she and Todd enjoy traveling and gardening.

    A native Texan, Megan moved to Austin in 2014 after graduating from Harding University with a degree in Public Administration. Her career has taken her from state government and higher education to the local church and nonprofits, all of which allowed her to live out her passion to make a purposeful impact while loving people well wherever she goes. Outside of work, she loves to travel, spend time in the great outdoors, and laugh with family and friends.

    Patrick, or as we know him "PJ", is originally from Tracy, California. He studied Religion at Liberty University Online and graduated in 2015. While in CA, he worked in just about every position in the restaurant industry, spent 2 years working as an EMT-B, graduated from a Fire Academy and spent 10 years working in youth ministry at his local church. PJ moved to Texas in 2016 where he worked at a Christian Summer Camp and Retreat Center in Livingston, TX for 4 years. PJ met his wife Audrey at Camp Cho-Yeh and they were married in Oct. 2019. The newlyweds then relocated to Austin due to COVID April 2020. While in Austin, PJ spent a brief time as a dispatcher for Austin Police Department and a Claims Adjuster for Progressive Auto Insurance before landing at Regents as the Operations Admin. PJ and Audrey welcomed their first baby, Eli Paul Lo, on July 8, 2023. PJ enjoys playing all sports, especially soccer and pickleball, adventuring and exploring the outdoors and playing dungeons and dragons along with a lot of other board games.

    Prior to coming to Regents in August of 2001, Ronnie served as a Youth and Family Pastor for ten years. He spent sixteen years in the classroom here at Regents teaching 5th grade for four years and SOL Bible for twelve.  At the end of May 2017, he was named the Head of the School of Logic and in May 2019 he transitioned into the Head of Grammar role. Ronnie has been working with students since his days in college. He cannot imagine himself doing anything else. Ronnie loves spending his days working with and mentoring students.

    Ronnie and hsi wife have been married since 1997. They have two sons who keep them busy. Both of their children love to play sports, be outside, and laugh. Ronnie's hobbies and activities revolve around his family. They love to camp, play ball in the front yard and play sports on neighborhood teams and at school. The Longs live in the country and raise chickens, goats, sheep, pigs, turkeys and a donkey. This is more often than not a comedy of errors.
